Words from Ruth Siddals: "These are apples from my apple tree, placed on my favourite teaplate. The apples are delicious, but small, because I cannot bear to thin them out earlier in the growing season. For the prints, I used Akua intaglio ink and heavy cartridge paper. The printing plate is made from recycled tetrapak packaging (Sainsburys Passata)."
