炭素を多く含み、青紙２号と比べてより硬度が高く粘りがあり、耐摩耗性に優れた高級鋼材です。硬度 が増し、曲がりに強く切れ味の鋭さは抜群です。

柄には高級木材の紫檀を使用しており、見た目も艶があり美しく水に強いので末長くご使用いただけます。八角形の形で握りやすく、手に馴染みます。

高級ステンレス系鋼材です ステンレス粉末を吹きかけ作るため組織が均一なので、 鋭い切れ味と永切れを実現しました。 錆びにくく衛生的なので安心してお使いいただけます。
